Hotel guests who receive a little extra
care or friendly help from one of our
associates are encouraged to
complete a "Smiley Card" nomination
and drop it in the Sunshine Box.

Each card helps earn a bonus for that
associate. Winners are acknowledged
at the annual awards banquet.
