in all areas of each of our properties.

We shall meet, and where possible exceed the expectations of each of our guests, on each of their visits to our hotels.

We shall be a hotel company that recognizes the importance of each of our associates, and encourage them to flourish in their work and to contribute towards the success of guest satisfaction.

We shall recognize those associates when excellence occurs and assist others to achieve expected levels for success.

We shall strive for the best standards of training and working practices, together with the need for continual improvement to achieve the best results for each other and our guests.
