Are you pet friendly?

Yes we certainly are.  We have dedicated pet friendly rooms at the hotel.  There is a $15 charge per night per pet.  Please make sure to mention that you are coming in with a pet.  Upon check-in, please fill out the registration form at teh front desk so that we have any contact information that we may need in case of an emergency.  Pets can be left alone in the room till 8pm provided that the front desk has your contact information in case we need to call you. 

Do you have a shuttle?

We provide complimentary shuttle service to Albany Int'l airport, the Amtrak station, and the Greyhound bus station.  We also offer shuttle service to the Crossgates Mall, U-Albany, Stuyvesant plaza, and neighboring restaurants for an additional fee of $5.00 for the first two guests and $5 for every guest thereafter. 

Do you have an exercise room?

Yes we do.  Our exercise facility consists of two treadmills, and exercise bike and weight lifting apparatus.

Do you have a sauna room?

We have separate saunas for women and men.  They are located inside the pool area of the hotel.

Do you have elevators?

We have two elevators at the hotel.  The first one is towards the front half of the hotel and the other one is towards the back.

Do you have handicap accesible rooms?

Absolutely.  We have several rooms that are handicap accessible with some that have roll in showers.  Please call us for availability at 518-489-2981

How far are you from Downtown Albany?

We are located on Western Avenue which leads directly into downtown Albany.  The distance is about 4 miles.
